Cauliflower Cheddar Fritters

Fixings:
1 mug flour
1 teaspoon preparing powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1/2 mug milk
1 teaspoon liquefied margarine
1 mug slashed crude cauliflower
1 mug destroyed cheddar
1/2 mug finely slashed onion
Bearings:

Make a smooth hitter with initial 7 fixings.

Blend in next 3 fixings.

For best results, refrigerate for 60 minutes or something like that (yet a bit much).

Drop by spoonfulls into hot oil and profound broil til tan and firm.

Sprinkle with salt instantly after expelling from oil.
