Vegetable and Rice Soup


Vegetable and Rice Soup.

Fixings:

3 mugs chicken stock

1 stalk celery, finely diced

1 little carrot, finely diced

1/2 little onion, finely diced

3 garlic cloves, finely diced

1 Thai peppers, red, hot, finely diced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 mug cooked rice

salt

Bearings:

Heat stock to stewing in sauce container.

In the interim slash all vegetables and add to the stock alongside lemon squeeze and rice.

Let stew for approx 30 min or until vegetables are delicate.

Add salt to taste.
