Asian foods: Thai Lemongrass Roast Chicken Reciepe

Fixings:


1/2 container finely cleaved lemongrass (3 or 4 stalks)

2 tablespoons finely hacked shallots

1 tablespoon finely hacked garlic

4 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon smashed red pepper pieces

1/2 teaspoons legitimate salt

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 (3 -4 lb) entire chickens, washed and tapped dry

2 tablespoons finely hacked new cilantro

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
