Meat Tomato Curry

Meat 1 kg
Tomatoes 6 (medium-sized hacked)
Ginger 1 tbsp (glue)
Garlic 1 tbsp (finely hacked)
Onion 1/2 container (finely cleaved)
Dark paper 1/4 tsp (ground)
Cardamoms 3
Cinnamon stays 3 (2.5 cm piece)
Cloves 2
Sound leaf 1
Paprika or Chili powder 1 tsp
Cooking oil 1/2 container
Salt to taste
Strategy
Place the meat, ginger, garlic, onion, dark paper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, sound leaf, salt and 50% of the oil in a dish.
Include 3 glasses of water.
Cover and cook over moderate hotness until the meat is delicate.
In a different container hotness rest of the oil. Sear the onion brilliant tan.
Include the tomatoes and sear for a couple of minutes.
Include the meat and paprika, blend and broil for 10 to 15 minutes.
Include 1-2 glasses of water and keep secured over low high temperature for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot with bubbled rice, pullao, chapatti or parata.
