Red Tikka

Boneless chicken ½ kg

Yogurt ½ container

Ginger garlic 1 tbsp

Stew powder 2 tsp

Kashmiri red chilies (splashed) 4

Talk Masala 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Corn flour 1 tbsp

Lemon squeeze 2 tbsp

Oil ¼ container

Technique

Toil splashed Kashmiri red chilies finely and put in a dish.

Combine boneless chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic glue, bean stew powder, ground Kashmiri red stew glue, talk Masala,salt,corn flour,lemon squeeze and oil.

Abandon it aside for 2 hours.

Put a smoldering coal with marinated chicken 3d shapes, drop some oil on coal and spread for 1 moment.

Presently evacuate coal and put chicken solid shapes on sticks, flame broil over open fire or Bar BQ
