Fixings ; Cauliflower& macaroni cheddar
250g macaroni1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
25g spread
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tsp English mustard powder
450ml milk
100g cheddar, ground
Technique
Cook the macaroni after pack guidelines, including the cauliflower for the last 4 mins.
Melt the margarine in a dish, then blend in the flour and mustard powder and cook for 2 mins. Continuously include the milk, mixing all the time to get a smooth sauce. Include 75% of the cheddar and some flavoring to the sauce.
Channel the macaroni and cauliflower and mix into the cheddar sauce. Exchange to an ovenproof dish, then sprinkle over the remaining cheddar and blaze under a hot barbecue until brilliant and gurgling. Present with a green greens, in the event that you like
