Chicken yellow Bhuna
Add-ins

Chicken drumsticks 3

Onions 1

Water 1 mug

Coconut drain 1 mug

Almonds 20 gm

Garlic 3-4 cloves

Ginger 1 medium piece (cleaved)

Tan sugar 1 tsp

Lemon grass 1 tsp

Turmeric 1 tsp

Tamarind glue 1 tbsp

Dark pepper powder 1 tsp

Oil 3-4 tbsp

Salt as needed

Method

In a sustenance processor hack together, 1 piece ginger, cloves of garlic, almonds, onion, lemon grass, turmeric alongside a little amount of water, to structure a glue.

Hotness oil in a skillet and broil the drumsticks until brilliant tan in shade.

Spill in the arranged glue alongside tamarind glue, coconut milk, tan sugar, salt, dark pepper powder and the remaining water.

Cover and stew for 10-15 minutes.

Reveal and build the fire until the water dries.
