(Gooseberry) PICKLE RECIPE
Add-ins:
1/2 kg Amla
125 gms Green Chillies (opening )
125 gms Oil
50 gms Salt
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
2 tblsp simmered & powdered Sesame seeds
1 little Lemon
Step by step instructions to make Gooseberry achar :
Wash and dry amla and keep aside.
Hotness oil in a container and broil green chillies for 2 minutes.
Expel the chillies from the skillet Add jeera and mustard seeds.
At that point include Aamla and sear for few minutes.
Sprinkle some water and spread the skillet with a top and let it stay for 6 minutes.
Turn the fire to medium and blend frequently.
