140g plain flour (this is around 200ml/7fl oz)

4 eggs (200ml/7fl oz)

200ml milk

For the flapjacks

50g spread, liquefied

sunflower oil, for cooking

Strategy

To make the hitter, tip the flour into a vessel and beat in the eggs until smooth. Slowly include the milk and convey beating until the mix it totally knot free.

Presently race in the softened margarine. Place a flapjack container over a medium high temperature and wipe with oiled kitchen paper. Spoon some hitter into the container, tilting the dish to move the mixaround the skillet and spill off any overabundance. Cook for around 30 secs until brilliant, then flip over and cook on the other side. Heap the flapjacks up and present with your most loved filling.
