Indian Snacks;Bread Pakora

4-5 Bread Slices

1cup Gram Flour (Besan)

1/fourth tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp Ajwain

Red bean stew powder to taste

1/fourth tsp Garam Masala powder

Water for player

Instructions to make bread pakoda :

Cut Bread cuts into fancied shapes (like triangle, rectangle and so forth.)

In a vessel include gram flour salt, bean stew powder, garam masala, ajwain and blend it.

Presently by spilling little water at once make a smooth player (not excessively thick or excessively lose)

Hotness oil in a kadhai.

Plunge bread piece in the player and broil till fresh on medium fire.

Serve bread pakora hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.

Oil for browning
