Zesty prawn soup

add-ins
1 tbsp sunflower oil
300g pack crunchy stir fry vegetables
140g shiitake mushrooms, cut
2 tbsp Thai green curry glue
400g can diminished fat coconut milk
200ml vegetable or fish stock
300g medium straight-to-wok noodles
200g sack huge, crude prawns
System
Heat a wok, include the oil, then pan fry the veg and mushrooms for 2-3 mins. Take out and put aside, then tip the curry glue into the dish and broil for 1 min.
Spill in the coconut drain and stock. Bring to the bubble, drop in the noodles and prawns, then lessen the hotness and stew for 4 mins until the prawns are cooked through. Mix in the veg, then serve.
