(Moment mango pickle)

1 Raw mango
2 table spoons Mustard seeds
1 tablespoon Red bean stew powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
1/4 teaspon Asafoetida powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Cut the mango(skin in place) into little pieces, around 1/2 an inch long. Grind mustard seeds to coarse powder.
Include mustard, bean stew powder, turmeric ,salt and asafoetida to the cut mango and blend well.
Add coconut oil to this mixture, and blend well and keep secured for 60 minutes. Achar is prepared to serve.
