Add-ins
1kg potatoes, cleaved
25g margarine
300g solidified peppers
1 onion, cleaved
500g pack turkey mince
1 red bean stew, deseeded and hacked
1 tbsp turkey mince
200ml hot chicken stock
System
Hotness stove to 200c/180c fan/gas 6. Cook the potatoes in a substantial dish of salted water for 12-15 mins or until delicate. Empty well, then come back to the skillet and permit to steam for 3 mins. Include some flavoring and the spread, then generally crush with a fork and put aside until later.
Then, cook the peppers and onion in an expansive search for gold mins – the water in the peppers ought to stop them staying. Blend in the turkey mince, stew and paprika and cook until seared.
