HOT LEMON PICKLE RECIPE
Fixings:
1 kg Lemons
250 grams Salt
2 teaspoons Turmeric
3 teaspoons Red stew pepper
125 grams Ginger scratched and cut
1 container Vinegar
125 grams Green Chillies
4 teaspoons fenugreek
4 teaspoons Mustard seeds
2 level teaspoons asafoetida
1/2 containers Mustard Oil
The most effective method to make hot lemon pickle:
Cut every lemon into eight pieces.
Blend salt with lemons, keep in the sun for 15 days in the jug and shake it every day.
Hotness oil till smokes.
Expel it from the blaze and cool a bit.
In it sear asafoetida, fenugreek and mustard seeds.
Blend vinegar, ginger.
Green chillies, bean stew powder and lemon with its squeeze.
Keep 15 days in the sun.
