CARROT PICKLE RECIPE

Fixings:

3 containers water

230gms carrots (scratched and cut into 2"long sticks)

11/2 tbsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp stew powder

1/8 th tsp each one ground mace, cloves and cardamom

2tsp salt

1/4 th container shredded jaggery (gur)

Arrangement:

Heat up the water in 2-liter pot. Include carrots and whiten for a moment.

Channel the water and afterward spread carrots on a clean fabric and sundry (or spread them on a towel lined treat tray and air dry in a broiler (200-degree Fahrenheit) for 60 minutes).

In a dish blend the mace, cloves, cardamom, salt and jaggery.

Add the carrots and throw to blend. Exchange to a cleaned glass container.

Put the mustard oil into a little pan and spot it over a moderate high temperature. When oil starts to smoke expel it from the high temperature and cool it for 4 minutes, then put it into the jug and spread it with a clean fabric.

Set the container in daylight for 13-14 days, bringing it indoor evrynight. Shake the jug a few times every day.
