Mango Pickle

Add-ins

1/2 teaspoon of salt

3 crude mangoes, cut into little pieces

1 tablespoon of ginger cuts

1 tablespoon of garlic cuts

1 tablespoon of dry red bean stew cuts

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of mustard oil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

Strategy

Mix the salt with the mango pieces and put aside for 3-4 hours until water is discharged.

Place the mangoes on a fabric. Wring the mangoes with the material so the water is crushed out.

Put the mango cuts on a dish. Blend the ginger, garlic and dry red stew cuts with the mango cuts. Sprinkle the sugar and include the mustard oil and vinegar and blend well.

Spill this mixture in a sticky situation jug and set close to a window for sun drying for 4-6 days.

It ought to be constantly kept by a window much after it is served.
