sweet mango pickle

Fixings:

1 kg crude Mangoes  peeled and daintily cut

120 grams Salt

1 teaspoonful Turmeric

11/2 teaspoons Red stew pepper

3 teaspoons aniseed

2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds

2 3/4 containers Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Onions seeds

The most effective method to make sweet mango pickle :

Combine all the above fixings, put in clean container and spread with a nearly fitting cover.

Keep in the sun and shake it once every day till mangoes are delicate.
